Muay Thai Martial Art

We train once a week, (day to be decided in September) 4:00 – 5:30, it is €10 payment once a term, the money goes towards getting new equipment etc. All you need is PE Gear. 

It teaches you martial arts, self-defence and overall fitness. It is on in the MacRory gym.
